Allied Global Marketing

Allied Global Marketing is an international marketing agency that services the top entertainment and lifestyle brands of today. I’ve worked with the company for over 2.5 years in various capacities, helping to promote over 150 major feature films.

What I Did

During my time working in the Atlanta office, I have brainstormed, pitched, and reported grassroots, social media, and word-of-mouth promotions in 6 major cities for over 80 films. I regularly lead on-site activations for major movie and television talent, including press interviews, red carpet screenings, college stunts, and Q&As. Outside of my own personal accounts, I have represented studios at on-site event promotions for over 150 major motion pictures. Internally, I’ve improved in-office operations through updating internal resources and coordinating the intern program.

Who I Did It For

My main accounts include 20th Century Fox and the internal Moxy division, but through these accounts and other side projects, I’ve worked on over 80 films released from studios, such as Disney, Warner Bros., Paramount, Lionsgate, STX, Universal, and others. I’ve also collaborated with several business and organizations throughout Atlanta, including Piedmont Park, the Atlanta Hawks, DragonCon, and more, for a variety of promotions and publicity stunts.

What I Used

Throughout my positions with this company, I’ve learned to develop and pitch my ideas to both clients and partners. I’ve also had to hone my photography and design skills in order to create quality materials and reports to submit for events. I’ve found great mentorship through the Allied Publicity staff, who have guided me during events, screenings, and tours.
